During our recent project management meeting in Spain for the Pathways to Nature project, partner organisations came together to review progress and coordinate next steps.
We reflected on the Youth Participation Event, sharing feedback from young people and discussing how to build on its success in each country. The partners then mapped out upcoming milestones and responsibilities for the next phase of the project. A key focus was the development and delivery of the new youth work resource, which will be structured in three main sections.
The first section will support managers to work effectively with youth workers; the second will provide guidance and ready‑to‑use content for youth workers to deliver with participants; and the third will be a practical toolkit bringing together all of the activities and methods piloted in the project.
